RETURN POLICY
Carol Harris Company does not take custom orders for garments. No returns or refunds will be accepted except for defective merchandise. Cut fabric, lace, and trims can not be returned. We are happy to send fabric swatches. If you would like to receive fabric swatches before placing your order, you may give us a call at (731) 562-9419 or E-mail us your name, mailing address, including zip code, and your swatch requests. In case of defective merchandise, please call 1-877-269-9419 or e-mail info@carolharrisco.com within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. No refunds will be made after 10 days. Any merchandise accepted for return after that time will be issued an in store credit only.
SHIPPING POLICY
The Carol Harris Company emphasizes quality products and customer satisfaction. With this goal in mind, shipping procedures have been designed to give customers the best value and maximum expediency in turn around. Orders are shipped through Priority Mail according to the following rates, which include shipping, handling, and insurance for all orders shipped within the USA.
$0 to $40 - $6.00 shipping
$40.01 to $80 - $8.00 shipping
$80.01 to $120 - $10.00 shipping
$120.01 to $200 - $12.00 shipping
$200.01 to $300 - $15.00 Shipping
$300.01 and Up - $20.00 Shipping
*No sales tax on out-of-state orders. Residents of Tennessee will be charged sales tax at the current Dyer County rate of .0975.
Shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the United States only. Priority orders and merchandise shipped outside of the United States must be rated on an individual basis. We will e-mail you with your total including shipping on all priority and out of country orders once they are ready to ship.
*Special Notice Regarding International Shipping:
We are happy to ship internationally. Unless specifically requested by the customer, all international shipments will be via UPS, and standard UPS rates will apply. You will be charged the current shipping rate for your country according to the package weight. If you request that your order be shipped by any means other than UPS, we cannot assume responsibility for it once it leaves our hands. We will contact you via e-mail to provide you with a final shipping amount that you will be charged once the package is ready to ship. FREE SHIPPING offers do not apply to orders shipped outside the U.S.
Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours. Please allow 7 - 10 working days to receive your order within the US.
Orders requiring a different shipping or payment method may be placed by calling our toll-free number at 1-877-269-9419.
PAYMENT POLICY
All payment information is processed through a secure server which encrypts the information for customer protection. You may place your order online using a credit card or you have the option of submitting your order online and calling in your credit card information. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm CST and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm CST. Our secured voice mail may be reached anytime. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
You also have the option of printing your order and mailing it along with a check or money order made out to Carol Harris Company. All mail orders should be sent to:

We can not accept checks or money orders from non US banks including Canada. When paying by check or money order, order will not be shipped until the check has had sufficient time to clear the bank.
